Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend checking your order immediately upon delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the issue and arrange a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return if you change your mind. These exclusions will be clearly listed on the product page. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest returning the original product and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
